Come join us on a Drive across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel to Cape Charles and a Taste of the Eastern Shore. We'll end up at the Cape Charles Distillery for perfectly paired Tapas and adult beverages. Beverages are from Cape Charles Distillery and food from Robyn's Shore to Table. For $75 (plus tax) per person, we'll have seven pre-arranged pairings:

Honey Pepper Whiskey
Honey Comb and Chorizo Bites: natural honey comb squares served with thinly sliced spicy chorizo

Maple Whiskey
Sweet Potato Medallions: roasted sweet potato slices topped with pecans and drizzled with a brown butter maple whiskey reduction

Solera Whiskey
Roasted Beets & Goat Cheese: roasted beets and goat cheese crumbles on a bed of baby spinach leaves with a balsamic and solera whiskey drizzle

Woo Woo Vodka
Pasta alla Vodka: rigatoni pasta in a vodka tomato cream sauce with crispy prosciutto and basil chiffonade

Rye Whiskey
Thai Chili Steamed Clams: local littleneck clams steamed in a house made specialty sauce of fresh lime juice, chili pepper and cilantro

Small Batch Bourbon
Bourbon Glazed Baby Back Ribs: slow roasted baby back ribs seasoned with a sweet and spicy bourbon glaze

Blackberry Moonshine
Berry Parfait: lady finger cookies dipped in blackberry moonshine and topped with sweetened mascarpone cheese and mixed fresh berrie
