2023 Lake Chelan Wine Tour!!
Registration for this tour is limited to 7 cars/14 total people. All attendees MUST BE 21 or OVER.
Wine Tour Dates: October 13th & 15th, 2023
We are looking forward to seeing everyone for a great weekend in the sun at one of Washington State’s best destinations for wine tasting.
Our meeting location Friday morning will be the Issaquah QFC at 1540 NW Gilman Blvd. Our pre-drive meeting will be at 7:30am and we depart for our journey at 8am. We are driving directly to Lake Chelan with minimal stops to one of the best lunch venue’s overlooking Lake Chelan followed by a tasting at our favorite winery in the area and then BBQ at Lake Chelan Winery in the evening.
We will be wining and dining on a fabulous itinerary Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning throughout Lake Chelan. Cost for the tour is $40 dollars per person, there are no refunds. The tour will be limited to 7 vehicles/14 people due to limitations at some of the wineries.
We will be staying at Campbell's Lake Chelan Waterfront Resort and have a block of rooms reserved for the BMW club at $200 to $210 per night. Room needs to be booked at least one week prior to the tour. The sooner the better. You will receive the block name and block number upon registration.
Wine tour tips:
Reminder Friday morning traffic may have an impact on the commute time
Vehicle tips: check and set tire pressures including the spare (if you have one of those), check oil level, washer fluid, blinker fluid, maybe bring a spare key (lesson from past tour), full tank of fuel.
Wine holding tips: bring a cooler to store your wine purchases, it will be warm and you don’t want you to have your wine spoil in a hot trunk.
The cost for the tour is $40.00 per person. You will pay when you register. Please list yourself and the people riding with you. At least one person in the car MUST be a BMW CCA member. You can go to the following link to join https://www.bmwcca.org/join
Some reminders. Plan for heavy traffic Friday morning. Make sure your vehicle is prepared for the journey. Bring a cooler to store any wine you purchase, so it won't sit in a hot trunk.
