BMW CCA Club Race at Summit Point (May)

Dear Racers,

Please join the National Capital Chapter as we host our 5th annual Club Race weekend at Summit Point!  This year our event is designated as a Premier race weekend as part of the Blue Ridge Challenge.

Track sessions:

• Friday - practice session(s); (split) qualifying and race (100%)
• Saturday – a practice session; race (100%); feature race (150%)
• Sunday – a practice session; race (150%)
• We will be finished by 1PM on Sunday.

Due to very strong demand for our HPDE, we will be limited to one racer group again in 2025.  NCC is still pursuing an additional weekend on Summit Main, which would allow us to expand to two racer groups at this event in the future.  We are limiting to a maximum of 45 cars this year, and will split the group for qualifying sessions on Friday.  This is based on your feedback from last year's event.  A split start for each race is anticipated.

Entry Fee for 4 races (Fri, Sat & Sun)

Early Registration (prior to April 7th): $725

Late Registration (April 7th or later): $775

Requirements:

 Registration ends on April 30th, 2025 11:59 PM EDT

• You must be a current BMW CCA member to participate in this event
• You must have a current BMW CCA Club Racing license.  If you do not have a BMW CCA Club Racing license, and are interested in obtaining one, you can follow the information here: https://bmwccaclubracing.com/how-to-race-with-us/
• All racers and racecars must conform to BMW CCA Club Racing Tech and Safety requirements.
• Any damage caused to the paddock or track, including safety barriers, is the responsibility of the participant. Note that the track may collect payment on-site.

CANCELATION POLICY:  

• No-shows will be charged $100 if they do not cancel their registration before April 30th.  If you will not be able to attend, please notify the registrar so that we may admit any racers on the waitlist.
