Event Requirements

PLEASE NOTE:
- All drivers MUST be pre-registered by 9/24 and be a current BMW CCA member. No "Day Of" (aka 'just show up') participation allowed.
- You do not need a separate registration for any passengers in your vehicle, but all drivers AND passengers need to sign the online waiver prior to the event. (see #6)
- Face Masks are required while outside of vehicles during the event, per Oregon Mandate.
- Drivers and passengers should stay with their cars and must practice social distancing protocol at all times.
- Registration is limited to 40 cars.
- ALL DRIVERS AND PASSENGERS MUST SIGN THE ELECTRONIC WAIVER ONLINE PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
How it works
It all happens on the participants’ personal phones. No physical contact required.
Step one
Request an electronic waiver via text message.
Step two
Sign the waiver using your own smartphone. No sharing required.
Step three
Show your digital credential at the event.
