Event Requirements

a) No one under 16 years old allowed on track. If 16 -17 you will need a minor waiver signed by both parents. All drivers must be 18 and have a valid driver's license.
b) Have your vehicle tech inspected within 30 days of arriving at the track by a qualified mechanic. The tech form is on the Buckeye website.
c) Have a Snell 2015 or newer helmet (MA and SA ratings are accepted) We have a very limited number of rental helmets, the cost is $40 for the weekend.
d) Instructors MUST be approved by our chief instructor -- Lance White
e) If your top is solid material but fully retractable into the chassis, you may be able to run with us. This includes E89 Z4s, E93 3 Series, F33/F83 4 Series and other retractable hardtop convertibles; and C5 and newer Corvettes with removable hardtops and Porsche targa tops allowed with non-glass roof and roof attached. Reach out for verification if you're not sure.
f) No soft top convertibles, bolt-on tops, T-tops, or open cars allowed.
g) Cars with folding / retractable hardtops are allowed
h) Go to www.buckeyebmwcca.org, and click on Driving Schools for downloadable forms and more information.
i) Cancelations up to and including July 5th will receive a refund less a 5% processing fee. Cancelations received after July 12th will receive a refund less the processing fee only if a student on the waiting list can take the space you reserved. NO cancelations after July 19th.
j) You will be responsible for any damages to the Mid Ohio facility.
k) No drones permitted.
