Event Requirements

Pre-registration must be completed by February 9, 2024. A $15 NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGE WILL BE ACTIVATED IF THE EVENT IS CANCELED. This chapter-member shared charge covers the upfront permit ($900) and insurance fees ($180) for the lake rental regardless if the event takes place or not.
Participants will select either Sunday, 2/18, or Monday, 2/19 as their first preference. You can opt-in for the 2nd day which is dependent on open availability. Selection priority is given to allow for as many different club members to participate. Any remaining open spots will be based on the date and time stamp of your original registration.
Cancelations before February 9th must be processed by the RMC member in Motorsportreg or the full amount will be charged. Cancelations AFTER FEB 9TH WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT.
