National Capital Chapter of the BMW Car Club of America is please to announce details for our 2021 Annual Meeting & Club Picnic!
Date: Sunday, August 15th, 2021
Time: 10am to 3pm
Location: Smokey Glen Farm

With the country slowly coming out of a pandemic, we chose a totally different format and venue for this event than in prior years. The Barn area at Smokey Glen is the perfect venue to showcase our cars, socially distance ourselves, enjoy great BBQ, win prizes and have some fun amongst family and friends!
Our picnic at Smokey Glen, combined with club member's cars on display, will be an amazing sight. This family-friendly event will be open all day to enjoy cars again with fellow car enthusiasts. We'll have a huge pavillion that can hold up to 300 people and provides shade, a place for all food and drinks to be served, and plenty of room to spread out and enjoy a day with family and friends.
Menu: Charcoal-cooked BBQ chicken, spareribs, beef brisket, various salads and side dishes, apple/peach/blueberry/cherry pies and more!
Drinks: Fountain sodas, ice tea, lemonade
Alcohol: Professionally served beer and wine is included!
Activities: Playground, softball diamond, volleyball courts, basketball area, horseshoe pits, tetherball, miniature golf course, corn hole and more!

10am - 12pm -- Cars & Coffee @ The Barn
12pm - 1pm -- BBQ Lunch @ The Barn
1pm -- Agenda Items/Prizes @ The Barn
As usual, we will have some great giveaways, including plenty of BMW swag! Bring your lawn chairs too!

Pricing schedule:
Adult registration $80, Kids (5-11) $50 until Thursday, Aug 5th
Late registration $90, Kids (5-11) $60 from Friday, Aug 6th to 11th (Sorry, no walk-up registration allowed for this event)
